Terms

Moving Labor Service (hereinafter
- service provider)
provides own equipment (dollies, shrink wrap, tape). The
customer shall be liable for providing and driving all moving vehicles
unless otherwise contracted.

Customer agrees not to hold Service Provider liable for any damages as a
result of handling by prior moving help, helpers, and or being
transported.

Customer agrees that
shrink wrap is not free and will cost $3 per item.

Customer must supply own MOVING BLANKETS/FURNITURE PADS. If damages should occur, as a
results of not having legitimate MOVING BLANKETS/FURNITURE PADS applied to furniture, said
customer releases Service Provider from any and all liability of damages
whatsoever.

Customer
agrees the
Service Provider shall
be liable for damage to items which are "Dropped" by the Workers during
the use service.
No other damage claims will be awarded and or processed.
Items, Objects and or Appliances which are damaged by being "Dropped" by
the workers will have a "Replacement and or Repair" value of $0.60
(cents) per/pound. Be advised, compressed wood particle furniture is
excluded from coverage due to its fragile nature.

Customer releases Service Provider from any and all
liability of damages whatsoever, regardless of their nature, caused by
the transportation or handling of said Customer’s property after the
departure time of Service Provider.

If said Customer requires Service Provider
to drive Rental Vehicle, applicable insurance must be added to the
rental. In addition, said Service Provider's name must be added to
the general rental agreement for insurance purposes.

Customer understand, that most Home Owners or Renter's
Insurance Policies cover damage to Items, Objects, and Appliances while
being relocated by the Owner of said Items, Objects, and Appliances via.
Rental Moving Vehicle.
